Response Article
This article (The Origin of Species does not address speciation (Talk.Origins)) is a response to a rebuttal of a creationist claim published by Talk.Origins Archive under the title Index to Creationist Claims.

Claim CA520:

The Origin of Species does not deliver on the promise of its title; it does not address speciation.

Source: Menton, David N. 1997. Species, speciation and the Genesis kind.

CreationWiki response:

This is never used as an argument against evolution per say, but it is simply used as part of the historical background. Talk Origins entire response can be summed up by saying that the claim is true but irrelevant, which is correct.
